Colocar algo pesado encima de esta y refrigerar por 48 hrs.


- Pasadas las primeras 24 horas se debe abrir la bandejita y escurrir todo lo que haya salido del agua, sacando la sal y dando la vuelta al salmón, para que quede la parte de la piel por la parte de arriba.
Después volver a colocar la sal que habíamos retirado y volver a agregar el líquido que se escurrió por la parte de arriba.
Pasadas las 48 hrs sacar el salmón de toda la sal enjuagar el exceso de sal.


- Para preparar este salmón, primero que nada se debe cortar en finas láminas el salmón, el pepino y la cebolla.
Cortar el pan por mitad, dorar un poco si es su gusto, y después poner una primera capa de queso crema, seguido poner las medias lunas de pepino, unas rebanadas de aguacate, la cebolla y colocar las láminas de salmón.


- Colocar después las hojas de espinaca y por último en la tapa del pan untar una capa de queso crema y mostaza.
