- Y boleamos un poco con la técnica de la garra

- Los acomodamos en un recipiente para dejarlos crecer una segunda vez (los metemos en una bolsa nuevamente)


- Ya que han crecido podemos llevarlas a freír, en un recipiente colocaremos los 500 ml de aceite y lo dejamos calentar durante 5 minutos.
- Agregamos cada una cuidadosamente al aceite caliente,(hay que estar pendientes de que no se nos quemen)

- Después las colocamos sobre papel absorbente y dejamos enfriar
- Una vez frías, con ayuda de una manga pastelera vamos a rellenarlas


- Decoramos con azúcar glass y están listas para disfrutar.
