  3. Y unas 4 cucharadas de pepitas de calabaza tostadas (yo uso las que se usan como botana que ya vienen doraditas). Molemos todo muy bien ayudándonos con un poco de agua y lo vaciamos en la olla donde cocimos los iib a que hierva todo junto.
