  3. Juntamos los ingredientes secos.
    La harina fuerte, el azúcar y la sal.
    Hacemos un volcán y añadimos poco a poco los huevos
    Se le incorpora la levadura con leche.
  4. Le añadimos la mantequilla amasamos por 30 min. Boleamos y dejamos fermentar hasta que doble su tamaño.
  5. Una vez que fermente la masa ponchamos y cortamos un partes iguales de 50 gr cada uno
  6. Boleamos la masa y les dejamos una capa ligera de mantequilla para después poner la costra.
  7. Para las costra juntamos los 200 gr de harina, el azúcar glass y la manteca vegetal.
    Una vez incorporados lo dividimos a la mitad.
    Se le añade vainilla a una mitad y cocoa a la otra.
    Las aplanamos, colocamos en la masa, les damos forma y las dejamos fermentar por segunda vez.
  8. Los horneamos por 27min aproximadamente. Para las conchitas es el mismo proceso pero la masa debe tener un peso de 12gr. :3
