  6. En el bowl donde esta el merengue iremos agregando el chocolate derretido cuidadosamente para después agregarle los polvos.
  7. Después de tener la mezcla ya lista la agregaremos al molde donde hicimos el caramelo.
  8. Después de eso agregaremos lo que es la mezcla del flan cuidadosamente y lo taparemos perfectamente con papel aluminio.
  9. Y en una olla pondremos un cuartito de agua y adentro pondremos el flan para cocerlo a baño maría.
  10. Después de haberlo puesto en la olla lo tapamos y dejamos cocer por una hora y ya después de la hora insertamos un platillo y si sale limpio es que ya esta y lo retiramos del fuego.
  11. Después de sacarlo del baño maría lo dejamos enfriar un ratito para ponerlo en una charola 6 decorarlo al gusto.
