  6. Poner en un recipiente un poco de aceite en las paredes y colocar la masa para dejar fermentar, reposar por una hora hasta que doble su tamaño.
  7. Una vez doblado su tamaño ponemos harina en nuestra mesa de trabajo h ponchamos nuestra masa y con un rodillo extendemos. Cortamos formas circulares.
  8. Otra opción es fraccionar la masa y bolear una por una con la técnica ya conocida.
  9. Una vez formadas las berlinesas dejamos fermentar a temperatura media por aproximadamente 30 min.
  10. Calentar el aceite por 5 minutos arox. Y freír las berlinesas con mucho cuidado por cuestión de 40 segundos por lado.
  11. Una vez fritas con ayuda de una manga, rellenamos nuestras berlinesas con mermelada y espolvoreamos con azúcar glass es opcional.
  12. O puedes decorarla con chocolate derretido y nuez.
