  3. Prepara la cazuela con ajo picado y cebolla, fríelos y después agrega tu salsa, añade caldo de gallina en polvo, sal, pimienta y un toque de orégano 🌿 deja que hierva
  4. Prueba de vez en vez que quede con la sal a tu gusto. Remueve igual cada 15 min. debes dejar que baje una pulgada mientras fríe la carne y agrega tus vegetales 🌽 🍅
  5. Ahora si una vez que haya bajado y esté la salsa a tu gusto agrega la carne y revuelve deja que hierva 5 min
  6. Sirve con arroz blanco y una cucharada de crema grande. En este plato tendrá una salsa muuuuuuy picante pero con sabor dulce, al agregar la crema equilibras el sabor siendo delicioso una salsa que comes sin la carne hasta sola o con los vegetales y tienes toda la energía de proteínas y verduras.
