- En un bowl colocar el resto de harina, sal y aceite de oliva. Mezclar un poco y añadir la harina con levadura ya fermentada previamente hecha.



- Trabajar la masa hasta obtener una consistencia suave y elástica. Colocar en un recipiente y tapar con un trapo húmedo cerca del calor hasta que doble su tamaño.



- Una vez ha doblado su tamaño, pochar la masa y continuar a estirarla dando la forma de la pizza que queremos.


- Una vez estirada la masa, agregar un poco de aceite de olivo por toda la superficie y continuar a colocar la salsa de tomate y el resto de los ingredientes de los que queramos la pizza.



- Hornear a 180⁰ C durante 40 a 45 min y está lista!

- Para hacer la salsa, cortar los tomates por la mitad y exprimirlos sobre un recipiente para obtener el jugo y quitar las semillas; reservar el jugo y proceder a poner los tomates en una olla con aceite de olivo hasta que estén casi deshaciéndose, luego agregar el jugo de tomate con un poco de agua y dejar a fuego alto durante 5 min.
Pasados los 5 min vaciar los tomates y el jugo en una licuadora y licuar. - En la misma olla añadir un poco de aceite de olivo, el ajo y la cebolla hasta que se caramelicen, añadir la salsa ya licuada, el puré de tomate, las hojas de albahaca y salpimentar al gusto. Mover constantemente y dejar reducir hasta que nos quede una salsa bastante espesa para la pizza.
