  7. Doblada nuestra masa pondremos harina sobre nuestra superficie y comenzaremos a estirar del centro hacia arriba y del centro hacia abajo con nuestro rodillo
  8. Con nuestra masa extendida le haremos un doblez sencillo a manera de triplicó
  9. Hecho el doblez, giramos nuestra masa dejando el lomo de la masa del lado izquierdo repetiremos el extendido y realizamos otros 2 dobleces guardaremos nuestra masa en el refrigerador por 15 minutos
  10. Pasados los 15 minutos la sacamos del refrigerador y estiramos y hacemos un doblez doble, finalizaremos volviendo a estirar la masa y haciendo un doblez sencillo y listo.
