- Una vez estirada la masa haremos un dobles en forma de tríptico, lo repetimos así tres veces ya que la masa ha sido estirada, si la margarina pierde frío volvemos a refrigerar, y después seguir estirando.
- Por último pondremos nuestra masa de hojaldre en una bolsa y lo podemos refrigerar para futuras preparasiones.
