  1. Primero que nada pondremos a fermentar la levadura, para esto vamos a tomar 3 cucharadas de nuestra harina, agregamos el azúcar, la levadura, un poco de agua tibia y mezclamos de modo que no quede ni muy aguada ni muy espesa y llevamos a fermentar hasta que se formen burbujas como en las fotos.
  2. En un bowl integrar harina, ajo, cebolla y sal.
  3. Agregar el aceite y comenzar a mezclar en batidora o a mano.
  4. Enseguida agregamos el resto de agua tibia y amasamos para Incorporar de modo que la masa no quede muy aguada.
  5. Cuando nuestra levadura ya haya fermentado la vamos a incorporar poco a poco a nuestra masa y continuamos amasando hasta obtener una masa suave y no pegajosa.
  6. Ya que quedó lista nuestra masa llevaremos a fermentar hasta doblar su tamaño.
  7. Mientras nuestra masa fermenta, vamos a preparar nuestra salsa base. Pondremos a freír el ajo y el tomate en brunoise.
  8. Agregamos el puré de tomate y dejaremos que reduzca un poco. Enseguida agregamos el orégano, la sal y la pimienta y dejamos cocinar unos minutos más.
  9. Agregamos las hojas de albahaca, mezclamos, dejamos cocinar unos minutos y apagamos el fuego.
  10. Ya que nuestra masa dobló su tamaño, vamos a dividir en dos partes y estiramos con un rodillo para obtener la forma de nuestra pizza (redonda o cuadrada). El grosor adecuado es de 0.5 cm.

  12. Llevamos a hornear en horno de leña durante 10 minutos o en horno convencional de 15 a 20 minutos de modo que quede dorada nuestra masa. Pasado el tiempo retiramos del horno, servimos y a disfrutar!.
