  2. Vaciaremos los polvos en una mesa o repisa y con ayuda de nuestras manos formaremos un volcancito.

Agregaremos dentro del volcancito un poco de agua tibia (es muy importante que esté tibia y no caliente o fría pues podría matar a la levadura) e iremos intercalándola con los polvos de manera suave. Le agregaremos la mantequilla a punto de pomada y mezclaremos hasta formar una masa. Mezclaremos con puños.
  4. Le añadiremos solo una cucharadita de leche para conseguir una masa más suave y elástica. La integraremos con pequeños pellizco hasta conseguir que la masa regrese más rápido a su estado
  5. Ahora la pondremos a fermentar, para esto necesitamos un bowl al que le pondremos unas ligera capa de aceite para que la masa no se pegue y enseguida colocaremos la masa. Podemos tapar con una servilleta o bolsa. El tiempo de fermentación variará dependiendo del clima del lugar en el que se haga.
  6. Cuando esta haya doblado su tamaño, será buen momento de pinchar nuestra masa con ayuda de nuestras manos apretando solamente un poco
  7. Dividiremos nuestra masa en pequeños pedazos de 40 gr y la pondremos de esta manera, le colocaremos el queso crema cortado en cubitos y doblaremos. Con ayuda de nuestras manos cerraremos y haremos una casita para bolear hasta que quede completamente hecho una bolita

    Repetiremos hasta terminar la masa
  9. Pondremos papel estrella en una charola y colocaremos nuestros bollitos
  10. Colocaremos una servilleta sobre nuestros bollos y dejaremos fermentar hasta doblar su tamaño.
  11. Romperemos un huevo y lo barnizaremos con el mismo, le pondremos ajonjolí. Repetiremos con todos los bollitos.
  12. Una vez ya terminado de barnizar los meteremos al horno previamente calentado a 180° durante 25-30 min
  13. Ya pasado el tiempo, dejaremos que se enfríe para que el vapor dentro de él lo termine de cocer. Y quedará listo para disfrutar. ✨
