- Cuando la masa haya doblado su tamaño la sacamos y la pinchamos para sacarle todo el aire.
- Finalmente enharinamos una charola, extendemos nuestra masa y la cortamos en rectángulos. En esta parte, varnizamos con un poco de aceite y le ponemos las aceitunas en trocitos. Llevamos al horno a 180 ⁰C por 25 minutos o hasta que estén listos.
