  3. Tamizar la harina sobre una mesa de trabajo, mezclar con la masa madre, añadir sal, amasar hasta obtener una masa consistente y blanda
  4. Trabajarla por 10 minutos, hasta que la masa quedé elástica
  5. Una vez lista dividirla en 3 partes iguales, espolvorear con harina tapar y leudar por 1 hora y 30 minutos
  6. Después estirar la masa con un rodillo, sobre una superficie enharinada hasta que está tenga 0.5 cm de grosor
  7. Untar la charola con un poco de aceite, poner encima la masa y reservar
  8. Hacer el mise en place para la pizza
  9. Precalentar el horno a 250°c, cortar el queso en cubos y el tomate en concase
  10. Tomar la charola con la masa untar con un poco de aceite, agregar encima el tomate y el queso
  11. Después agregar las hojas de albahaca, sal y pimienta
  12. Una vez lista llevar al horno por 15-20 minutos
  13. Pasado el tiempo se saca y se sirve para degustar :3
