- Cuando la masa que tenemos en el bowl haya doblado su tamaño la poncharemos y dividiremos en 10 partes iguales formando unas bolitas.
- En una charola previamente enharinada colocaremos las bolitas y las aplasteremos cuidadosamente con la mano (las bolitas deben estar separadas para evitar que se peguen durante el proceso de horneado).
- Dividimos la pasta en 10 partes iguales, con ayuda de dos pedazos de nylon coloque la bolita para poder aplanarla con el rodillo.
- Las ponemos encima de las bolitas que están en la charola. (Debemos tener cuidado al despegarla del nylon). Con un cuchillo hacemos las formas a las costras.
- Dejamos reposar por 30 minutos y horneamos a 180°C en el horno precalentado por aproximadamente 25 minutos.
