  3. Agregamos nuestro poolish a nuestra mezcla y comenzamos a amasar por aproximadamente 10 min.

  4. Agrega la mantequilla y la ralladura de naranja y seguimos amasando.
  5. Dejamos reposar hasta que doble su tamaño.
  6. Una vez fermentada nuestra masa ponchamos y con ayuda de un rodillo extendemos en nuestra mesa de trabajo.
    Debe de tener un grosor menor a un centímetro y tratar que nos quede un rectángulo.
  7. Una vez extendido rellenamos con el sabor de nuestra elección en este caso con Nutella y nuez.
  8. Del lado más largo de nuestra masa comenzamos a enrollar formando un taco hay que presionar bien y tratar que nos quede lo más uniforme posible, llegando al final ponemos un poquito de agua a la orilla y pegamos para evitar que se abra.
    Cortamos porciones de 3 cm de distancia de nuestro rollo y los colocamos en un refractario con una distancia porque van a seguir fermentado.
  9. Barnizamos con huevo y horneamos por 20 min a 200°C.
  10. Opcional glaseado.
    Mezclamos poco a poco el azúcar glass y un poco de agua hasta conseguir una consistencia como resistol y ya fríos nuestros roles bañamos perfectamente.
