- Se agregan las 3 cucharadas grandes de vinagre. Se ponen los demás ingredientes (sal al gusto, pimienta, los clavos y la papa).
- Se agrega suficiente agua para cubrir el pollo. Se le ponen las hojas de laurel. Se agrega el orégano (a mí me gusta con mucho orégano).
- Una vez que suelta el hervor, tapar la olla y dejarla hervir unos 30 a 40 minutos, a que todo esté cocido.
- Se puede servir acompañado de germinado de soya.
